In the weekly spec meeting, we discussed what could happen to content when a delegated service removes the delegate for a Terms of Service violation.

We mostly came to the position that for now, if a service or host removes a user from their service for content violations, a 404 (or 404 like) response is for now a reasonable result. We might in the future add additional specifications if it appears needed or if one emerges.
