In July, our contributors hit another major milestone — the public testnet is now available. This month, we’re steadily making improvements and getting ready for our Summit for Decentralized Infrastructure, planned for September in NYC. As always, we invite you to add your comments and questions to the discussions at forums.projectliberty.io.

  • July DSNP update — Summary of progress:

    • Started content moderation working group.

    • Testnet launched in mid-July.

    • SDK

      • New major release version.
      • Example client integration is ongoing.

    • Spec

      • Reorganization and structural changes were made to the spec.
        • Weekly spec meeting notes are available in the DSNP category on our forum.
      • Added tombstone announcements.
      • Version 0.9.1.

  • Upcoming

    • Additional feature work to improve example client.
    • Testnet
      • Load testing in preparation for betanet.
    • Spec
      • Starting to plan new features.
    • SDK
      • Adding additional features.
